Default Never did get my question answered.....

.....about the Cervinis C-Series bodykit. Will it fit a v6? Also, what's the difference in headers when it comes to chrome, ceramic, steel, etc. Is it only appearance? Or does it have to do with durability?

i'd assume it would fit, but you'd hafta change grilles, which you pry were anyway....for headers, chrome will blue and maybe even rust, but is the best looking...ceramic is supposed to be the best way to go - kind of a dull silver, but pretty pricey...black painted turns a purply-rust color unless you keep em painted-up well

the kit will fit, the side pipes may be the only problem...cervinis may make a kit but if not a local shop should have no problem doing it. chrome will (blue) after awhile, steel will rust after awhile, ceramic will stay the way it looks when you get it and the ceramic runs cooler.

oh PS there is actually a kit for the V6...comes with the side exhaust, side skirts, and a rear bumper trim piece...then you'd hafta either do the chin like they show or get a new front fascia to drop the front to match the sides and rear

Welcome Mr. Bape to the forum and Cervinis.com can answer most any question you have but they do have a kit that fits the V6. Side exhaust is the issues for most (esp if a DD) and most do not lower the car and if they do they do it at the risk of ripping off the front bumper or the exhaust....JMO but do not lower that beast! mines is a daily driver too. but i know the streets where i drive on pretty well so i have an outline of where the potholes are at. i have 20s" on my car so the bodykit will give it that "lowered" look. i live in NYC so i don't ever plan on lowering any car that i own lol. i was wondering about what you guys were saying with the side exhausts being my only problem and was wondering if i bought a full dual catback exhaust system would it remedy that problem? so ceramic headers will prolong my engine life then?

I went with BBK ceramic coated headers....I love em. Not the easiest and quickest bolt on mod, but woth it! They look as good today as the day that I put them on.
