how do u think it'll sound?
well i finally did it... against everyone in my pack i went ahead and ordered a pypes o/r h pipe along with jba axelbacks for my car!! know anybody with the setup?? howd it sound? before anybody tells me go big or home (loudest/most obnoxious setup) i figured that i would get the jba's with the o/r h to make the sound somewat milder.. I heard my buddys car runnin the o/r h with muffler deletes and though while it sounds amazing its wayyyy tooo much noise for me.. i think i might have taken that sound down a couple notches and got it right...

Theres a few out there runnin the o/r h and jba's. I remember hearing a few on youtube. Setup should sound better than just axlebacks. No where near how an o/r h and deletes will sound, but thats a good thing. Are you doing the install of the o/r h yourself?

thx for the reply! ya i plan on doin it all myself.. i did my shocks and springs myself so i figure if i need help i got good ol tacobill writeups to chek out.. i know he has the hpipe one writeupand i already looked under the car and saw the axelbacks are 1 clamp a piece..looks simple..
ya i just wanted to get some feedback from people that have heard a setup like this in person.. for instance, u can look up on utube(which ive already done)an o/r pipe with muffler deletes and while it sounds loud and all it doesnt rattle your stomach like the real thing

i have the off road setup with the jba's but i also have the jba long tube headers. i love the sound of it and have received many compliments on it. the setup you have will sound great no doubt but with the set of long tubes, you will really open it up. with that being said, you said you were trying to keep it a bit mild so your setup may be perfect for what you are looking for.
