I have finaly decided to go with the CAI and tune from brenspeed. I think im going with C&L and 4:10 gears. My question is what the diffence between the C&L racer and C&L normal one. Also when i order the 4.10 gears from brenspeed do i need to buy just ONE for 158 or do i need to order FOUR . Im a noob on gear dont know much about them . Also what can i expect to run in the 1/8 and 1/4?

For a non-highly modified car, nothing. The difference is the racer has a plastic inlet tube for less weight anda biggerMAF that requires a tune, while the street is an aluminum inlet tube that has an no tune insert option. The racer intake has shown to provide more gain in highly modifed cars with aftermarket heads and cams and such. Other than that there is no difference performance wise, you will see roughly the same gain from one or the other.

 

what can i expect on installation fees

 

Its like a 10 minute installation with a screwdriver, do it yourself.
