Does anyone have the 'how to' instructions on how to program the key fob/remote? I lost one of mine and have an extra that I'd like to use as a replacement.

OK, that's still a problem for me, LOL. I bought the car used, and don't have a freaking manual, damn!! Is there a PDF version somewhere that I can look it up on? Sorry to be such a PITA!!

I had to do this a few months back when I got my Fusion key. The procedure is in the thread I created. There are 2 seperate procedures; one for PATS (key), and one for the RKE (fob). You need to have ALL the keys with you when you reprogram either the PATS or the RKE. If you're missing one, the one that isn't programmed will not work with the car anymore (good thing in your case).
