Default Control Arm Tightening

So ive been getting this popping noise coming from the rear of my car. I have lower and upper control arms. The bolts need to be tighten at 140lbs while on the ground or at least have weight on the axle. The prob is, how do i tighten the upper control arms bolts?? its way to tight for my torque wrench.

Thats a good question. I just estimated. Gotthem as tight as I could and I check them every couple weeks.

Put jacks under the rear axle and use a universal socket on your torque wrench. That should do it.
