Default manual?

i suppose this may be a dumb question but oh well. How much would it take to tranfer an automatic over to a manual?? or would it just be cheaper and easier to trade??

I think it would be smarter/cheaper to trade...Swapping out the tranny would make your re-sale value go way down too

Go ahead and trade...
It's been asked before and been answered the same^^.

If anyone had pulled the swap for cheaper or at adecent gain, there would have been posts about it.
So far, no news from anyone.

Trade in........It's not just a matter of tranny swap, many more factors to consider!

Im doing this swap as soon as i find a new DD. I have a complete list of parts needed to do this ill look for it for you if you want. Best bet is to find someone looking to go to an auto tranny(people who visit the drag strip frequently and dont want to break something or miss a gear.) A shop in lewieville, TX qouted me at $800 for the swap.

* and no i am in no way trading in my stang its perfect in my eyes except the M5 tranny of course.
