I have the first one and I don't have any rattles after almost 2 years.
Rattles come from the handle...
I posted this before a while back.

The trick is to use Copper washers (4 of them)with a nut on the other side of the 2 bolts.
There is enough thread sticking out for such a nut (like myself lol).
First, crank the bolts real good, then do the same with the nuts.
Oh and, I DO NOT USE LOCTITE for this either.

If it worked for me, it'll work for the rest of you.

is it shorter (heigh-wise, not shift wise) than the normal hurst shifter? if so, i want the handle. I can't stand how tall my hurst is, but i love how it shifts[8D]

i also called lethal performance and they said it wasnt released yet but they have it on there web site o well they lost an order i guess
