I paid for my stuff last thursday and sent them an email wanting to know when they were shipped. They claimed I owe them 10$ I already paid 58.98 shipped for the clear corners and rear clear bumper lights. The auction was a buy it now for 39.99 and 18.99 shipping and now they are saying I owe 10$ that is crazy. What should I do, and has anyone else had any trouble?

Hi Kara-

I bought the same EXACT kit for the same exact price. Cant you do a screen print (save to file) of the auction then proof that you sent the correct amount of payment?

Another thing, they were weird about paying, they wanted you to use their check out process (some third party website) I went thru their third party site and did not have any problems.

I would also call them and explain.

Almost 19 dollars for shipping sounds kind of high.

Most of the folks that use a third party payment system are just drop shippers ... they don't actually have the parts ... they sell them and are shipped from a 3rd party ... like on the late night infomercials ... make a million on eBay ...

It takes them forever to email you. I showed them all of the proof. I should be recieving them today if they would have done everything right[:@] I used their checkout too. This is crap. Still waiting an explanation email. They dont have a telephone numper or I would be calling

If you still have problems open a dispute with ebay, for "items not received", that will get their attention.
