This question is for all of the Saleen owners out there, I am just wondering, why does the speedometer go up to 200? I wish I could believe that the car could actually go that fast

my car is preaty much stock, with the exception of a cai, tune and slp axle back, and with the power i have on a long straight road i pinned my spedo well below the 240 km/ph (150mph). so i have no problem beliving with the extra power they have that on a long enough road they can reach speeds of 200

It looks pretty sweet though. I wish it was a simple plug and play with our cars because my stang goes past the speed markers on the speedo already.

not all saleens are s/c though and still have the 200 gauge

and a s197 wont see those speeds anyway....the body isnt set up for it i dont think.......170 maybe

well im sure some suspension, brakes and stablizer bars could fix that issue..

i meant the shell of that car.....as in aero dynamics.....dont know for sure what the stock body could run with 450-500 HP.....but i am sure some people will chime in and tell us
