So if Carfax sucks so bad, what is a good place to check? I ran a carfax on my mustang and it came back clean, but I swear its been bumped in the rear. lol


Just drive it into a wall and get a new "cobra" front end.

This thread is getting out of hand.. i just thought it was funny and now it turned into a CARFAX discussion I KNOW I DON'T OWN A REAL SHELBY AND I KNOW THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A 2008 COBRA. IM GONNA DRIVE MYSELF INTO A WALL NOW AND GET MYSELF A REAL COBRA NOW!

Did you buy it used? The pervious owner could of fixed it without any insurance so there's no proof of him fixing it. If you bought it new, the dealer could of fixed it because of damage on the lot or during delivery. Dealers don't have to disclose it either, it has be more than a certain percentage for the dealer to have to disclose it. I bought a 2004 F150 that had hood damage that they didn't disclose to me before I bought it. I found out through Oasis and I was pretty mad.
