Hey, thanks fr all the replies on such a controversial subject. lol. I am not road racing but i am a mod nut and always am looking for something to mod,lol. I like the looks of the drilled and slotted rotorsplusthe stockersget some rust on them.

If you like the look off the slotted/drilled look try www.r1concepts.com they have anice set I use them on the rears of my stang and like the look of them I also dont road/track race and I have the Saleen 6 piston 15" rotors big brake kit in the fronts. And by the way "Can't we all just get along" haha!!!!

Regardless they look hot as hell and this has been debated many times before and though I feel you are part right the drilled and slotted rotors do help improve performance (a little)....not as much as changing your brake pads and upgrading to SS lines though
OH and just answer the OP's question and NOT make this a debate on what the rotors can and cannot do....the OP did not ask that!

drilled and slotted rotors reduce braking preformance. The drilling and slotting was designed to reduce rotating weight by however much metal is removed, not improve preformance. This is a FACT.

Ill definately be changing out to the braided lines and hopefully the hawk brake pads.Would the same braided brake lines work for the gt500 brakesthat work for the stock gt brake lines and who sells them?
