I don't know what they's cost to ship, but I know these guys can hook you up.
CallTread City Tireat 716-693-4800. Ask forDonny Raiser (pronounced razor). Tell him Jeff with the black Mustang with the 20" Toxic's referred you, he'll hook you up. They're local to me, but they ALWAYS match ANY price I find, even online pricing. Good people.
Theydon't STOCK Nitto's, so don't expect it to be fast. But they'll get them. They can get any tire from any manufacturer. Wheels, too. He had never even HEARD of Toxic when I called him up. I gave him the date I needed them by, and he delivered.

I got my Nitos from discounttiredirect.com. On their website they have the 305/45/18s and the 305/35/18s, but not the 305/40/18s. They could probably order them for you if you call directly.
