Use a little dishwashing soap in a bowl of water, dip the intercooler sleeve's in the bowl, shake off excess water then slide over the i/c pipes. Makes the i/c install a breez. Enjoy!

Well progress is going slow. Its over 90 degress out and I'm working by myself. I got the BAP installed, tested it and works great.(had to run to home depot for some other stuff) and now I'm taking a break. Sweating my *** off, cant believe its already this hot out. I have no garage so Im doing this all out in the sun...

Good luck on the install. But next time you run out for something, stock up on the Gatorade/Powerade/whatever. I spent an afternoon in the sun fighting a steering knuckle on my Escort last August in TX, went through about 6 bottles of the stuff, and still should have had more hydration. You don't want yourself getting sloppy (or worse) from heat exhaustion.
