Default VA Emissions Inspection...Need help

So i took my car in today to have my emissions done. The tech comes back and says there is an issue with the spanish oak. I quote

" The onboard diagnostic system is not ready to make a determination reguarding the condition of the pollution control systems on the vehicle. This situation must be corrected before the OBD system can be evaluated."

basically 3 monitors would not go into the ready status to begin testing my vehicle. the Catalyst, O2 Sensor, and HO2 Sensor would not go to a ready state. The techs at the gas station told me to drive the car like 15 miles down the road and back and that it should clear the system. That didnt help. Any ideas out there my mods are SLP's and a C&L intake ant Brenspeed 93 Octane tune.

Your performance tune has disabled those sensors. Contact Brenspeed and see if they can hook you up with a tune with them enabled. And then hope you'll be able to pass with it. Or put your stock intake on, and flash back to the factory tune.

I'm getting ready to deal with this in July myself. Chances are very good that thetune has your rear O2 sensors turned off. You can either flash back to stock and put the stock airbox back on, or see if Brent can hook you up with a tune that turns on the rear sensors.

Im about to go the route of a tune and i asked about emmissions since i live in NY. He said just to tell them when ordering and he will make a tune that will pass emmissions.
