i put line locks on a camaro. they are kind of boring cause you just sit there and burn em. id rather walk my burnouts with my brake and swing the back end. but the install was cake..

i would say not to do this though

I used a kit from Brenspeed. The brand name was SLP. Price was very reasonable and they have free shipping to the continental U.S. The hardest part was removing the old brake line. The line that connects the front brake system from the master cylinder to the ABS unit has to be removed. It was necessary to cut it to remove it.
The rest of the job went smoothly except for one thing. Where the solenoid mounts on the side of the strut tower that faces the side of the engine. I had to get a right angle drill to drill the mounting holes as there is NO way to do it otherwise.
I've had line locks in other vehicles and I really like them. It makes it possible to do a burnout without tearing up your rear brakes.
It also is just a lot easier to do your burn out with the line lock. You don't have to worry about applying just the right amount of brake pressure while applying the throttle and using the clutch all at the same time.
Just hit the brake, throw your line lock switch and do your burnout and hit the switch again.

Here's my write-up on the PMP Jegs kit. It's not difficult, just a bit time consuming. But it's quite easy.

I also have the slp kit and to get around the drilling issue I just zip tide mine. Since it never moves and isnt near any heat I figured this would work fine and it does.
