No problem guys.... And i gotta agree those little guys are making me crazy... Imagin seeing that while youre tripping.... lol... NEvermind that idea.....

I just thought of something... I wonder how old you guys are??? Better yet... how old do you think i am?
I knew you were 21. I'm 40 and have an 11,15,18,and 20 year old. The boy is the youngest. He will probably be driving my 87 Coup with the Crate motor. Maybe they will have all th 05 issues fixed by then. Thanks for the help and all the amunition. I'd rather spend my money on mods rather than Alldata for TSB's. Now if you could forward all the complaint Post's to the Ford Hotline maybe they could see what's really going on.

Age makes no difference to me.......You are willing to help out with no questions asked.....

I appreciate the help. That is what these forums are all about.......people willing to help each other out..

I work with younger people all the time in the Naval Reserve, just like you, they are willing to work hard and share their knowledge.

Oops, I am 42, with stepboys and two little, adorable girls.....they like the sound and color of the Mustang GT. Also, the "Fast Car" as the
boys refer to the '86 Capri 5.0.

Later and "Full Speed ahead"

Casper, Glad to see you are back. I don't have the talent that most of the people is the forum do but I really enjoy reading the information and it has help me with a couple of things.

Actually I thought you were older. Maybe that is because of all the wisdom you have past on to all of us. I am 46 and have 2 boys 12 and 19. My older son has a real passion for Caddies. he has an 89 Fleetwood it is great shape and treats his car better then his girl friend.

Welcome back!

Lol. WEll. im 21. HS grad. 2 yr tech while in HS. lol. Then worked for a dealership... still there. Im an Expert Toyota Tech, Specialist Tech ( Drivetrain), FORD Hybrid tech, FORD SVT tech, and the dealerships Mustang guy. I have some ASE's going for more May... Then after that and a Toyota Hybrid class i will be Master Toyota tech. Im the youngest guy at the dealership and almost all daylong i have other techs asking for help. I like it. But i dont take it to my head much... lol. But also i feel so grown up. Its amazing. Working with older guys all day long makes me think i fit right in... Then i do throw in the occasional "HEY OLD MAN" joke. lol.

The service manager always tells the new techs im the most promising tech he has ever had and still has.

I feel so spechal!

Kewl to see someone that enjoys their job. I took that same route right out of high school. Actually started working at a Dodge dealership when I was a junior in school. Went to a technical institute at the same time. Hung out at Dodge for a couple of years then got a job twisting wrenches at a Porsche/Audi dealership. Was there for about 6 years. Just got tired of it. Made lots of bank, gained quite a few skills, but your best friend in the parking lot would stab you in the throat to beat you back to the dispatch office. It got pretty old. Plus the lovely weather we have down here. 20 foot ceilings, 30 bays, August in Texas...by 10 in the morning it was 100+ degrees in the shop. Wouldn't trade the experience for the world, wouldn't do it again on a bet.

I got it: Caspet the friendly ghost.. he scares us at times but in reality he cares .. I was a little disapointed with the "Hybrid tech" info.. thats a waste of your skillz. Maybe you will be the first to make a 500hp mustang running on soy getting 50mpg!! ..hhaha.
