I bought a used pro 50 shifter....didn't come with any installation instructions. Does anyone have a copy they can scan and email me? Does a new kit come with any dust covers or anything? dynamat? or is everything just a direct swap for the stock stuff.

Use Taco Bill's instructions for installing the MGW shifter. The steps are the same.
