How do I fix a small dent?

How do I fix a small dent?
I have a small dent on the drivers side, side skirt. The overall effected area is about the size of a dime. It is a relatively shallow dent and does not appear to have cracked or chipped the paint at all. It really bothers me, especially since I see it every time I get in my car. Does anyone have any tricks or tips to fix it?

I believe in the detailing section they have a stickie there but i could be wrong. hold a bottle of canned air upside down and spray for about 15-20 secs, so that the liquid stuff freezes the area. as it warms back up the dent should pop out. get the area warm first, either by leaving it in the sun or heating it with a dryer. you can find videos of this procedure all over the place, check youtube.

I've seen videos of it working on small dents. I have one right now about dime size from a door ding.. I'll have to give it a try and let you know.. I've been waiting for warm weather.. should come this weekend.

I'll give it a try. I've seen videos of the canned air trick, but I've only seen it work for really big dents. I guess i'm only out a coupole of bucks if it doesn't work.
Thanks for the help

Maybe I don't get out much, but how does fiberglass or poly form a small dent? It's usually big cracks or dents, no?
