Default Hand Held Torch? Need help ASAP

I have to heat and bend an exhaust hanger, can a mini propane torch get hot enough to soften metal to get it to bend? What I have is a low hanging tailipipe and the hangers will not allow me to bring it any higher. So I was gonna heat the hanger, and use the jack to push up on the pipe to get it where I want. Let me know, any help would be great. Thanks

Its going to require two or more handheld propane torches to get the hanger
to the soft red hot state needed for bending.

Or use MAP gas, that will get it hot enough. Lowes or HD should have it.

Its a modified propane with additives to make it burn hotter.
Kinda like PolyPropane.
Dont think that will be hot enough to bend something thats too
stout to bend unheated with normal hand tools.
A pic of the ever elusive hanger that needs to be bent would be nice.
I have never seen an exhaust hanger that could not be bent by ordinary
hand tools and needed to be heated up hot enough to soften the steel
enough for bending.

Its the closest hanger on the right side. Can't get under the car right now but you can get the idea from this pic

Take the last section OFF the car to tweak your hangers, you don't want to do it installed.
