they don't require and Allstate estimator to get involved.
Gee, I wonder why.
Here's your problem, right there...

Nuff said.
Bodyman and I spoke our piece.
You might get lucky and stumble on that 1% of their recommanded shops that do good work.

Alright, I'll start asking around at work to see if I can come up with some other options as well. I'm not from the Buffalo area so I don't have any shop I know I can depend on. They is one guy from Buffalo here exx1976, I'll check w/ him as well about what's a good shop in the area.

Good luck man...
If you don't have a choice, you don't have a choice.
Use all your resources first.
Since the Insurance is involved, try to find a custom shop (like mine lol) or a restoration shop too.
They can't charge more than what the estimate is for and they will do good work.
Collision stuff isn't a real challenge for such shops.
Even on a bad day, their quality beats Stearling beat days.

exx1976 seems to have it together, he might be of some help...

Two responses to your post, the first is my genuine feelings towards it, and the second is my typical sarcastic response:

1. Sorry dude, hope it all works out!
2. I can't seem to remember why I live in the desert...oh, wait a minute - now I do!!!

...nothing but love!!!

Us desert folk do have to put up with sandstorms and the affect that rain has on other drivers! Seriously, when it rains in Vegas you would think that the world was going to end the way most people drive!

Back on topic...I would also HIGHLY recommendNOT using anybody that your insurance company recommends! Been there - done that - NEVER DOING IT AGAIN!!!

Yeah, hail sucks. There's a guy around the corner from me that just bought an '08 Bullit like 3 weeks ago. Hailstorm MESSED up that poor car. I was fortunate, didn't get caught in it.

I've never used anyone the insurance company recommends, on previous cars I've always used to dealership. Mixed results. If anything (god forbid) ever happens to the 'stang, it's going right back to the place that did the work the first time around.

My father-in-law had a newish car (< 12 months old) taken down to thebare metal in some spotsby a sandstorm driving through western Arizona. Had to have the entire car repainted. Not good.

So, for those that have used it, does paintless dent repair pop out those annoying crease type dents? Got a small one in the middle of my hood that you can only see when the light catches it right. Buggs the heck out of me. [:@]
