Default Braking HELP

Okay I will be needing to get the gt caliper brackets for my v6 because I am going to be changing my brake system to the following. So if you have the part number or let me know the best place to get the brackets that would be great.

DBA 4000 series rotors
HPS -performance street pads
goodridge braided brakeline kit
ate brake fluid(Will the dot4 work?)

I am street driver but i drive hard and i have 20" wheels so i am in need of stopping force. If anyone used any of these items please chime in and let me know how it worked out.

BTW: SEARCH WONT WORK.

I have the goodrich lines and use ATE SuperBlue - both are excellent.

Haven't used the HPS pads for the street yet, still wearing out the stock pads (do use Hawk track pads for HPDE events though). I will switch to HPS for street in the future.

Don't know about the rotors or brackets.

Not meaning to hijack the thread, but I am in the process of upgrading my braking system too and actually just ordered the HPS pads....
just as a general question, though, is the fade we experience on the stock system caused more by the pads or the rotors?

its the combination of both. As the system heats up its causing the rotors to glaze up and the pads dont be come as effective with the build up on the rotor which is why rotors warp sometimes. Also once the system heats up and the fluid boils, the integrity of the fluid has changed so its not as effective.

So if I swap out my fluid to some DOT5 and go with new pads, that should provide me a significant (and economical) improvement over the stock system?

Read This: https://mustangforums.com/m_5098243/tm.htm. What are you doing that is causing brake fade?

okay for sure. So now all i need is about $1000 and I think i'll stick with the what I listed. I'll probably try to install koni's at the same time. So I hope that I am going to pick up a lot that I have been lacking in this car.

I also need the brackets.
PM me if you have the GT caliper Brackets just laying around collecting dust.
You need 2 caliper brackets part #6R3Z-2B134-B, the same left and right.
