Default Leather shift boot?

I am looking for a plug and play leather shift boot. I have found the units that Redline sells, but I was hoping to find a unit with the retainer ring and plastic base already installed. Is there a source for a shift boot like this?

Do these regularly go for $115? I figured they'd be much cheaper than that. I need to get mine replaced, I had the MGW shifter over too much and it rubbed on mine, taking off the top layer on some parts.

If you don't mind installing the leather boot on plastic hardware that came with your OEM boot then the cost is much less. Check out www.redlinegoods.com for just the leather boot. Installation doesn't look too bad, but I just prefer plug and play.
