i would make my own aluminum ramp. take two hallow aluminum pipes and weld an aluminum plate between the pipes the size of the tires. weld a flat plate on each end for it to rest of the street/driveway. shouldn't cost more than a hundred dollars. they are light enough to move around too.

did you try backing into the driveway? the front of the car might not scrape?

maybe you can fill the dip with coarse rocks, they would let the water through and are no permanent. just don't remove them when asked to.

Try these. I have used these in the past and gave just enough lift. When HOA tried to complain I threated to sue them for not allowing me to make accomidations to my home for my vehicles. They backed off real fast! LOL
Those links providethe best solution so far.

As for threatening to sue..think about that for a minute. Where does the HOA get its money from? YOU. If you sue not only are you paying for your own judicial crap, you are paying for theirs too since rates will probably get raised not to mention when they provide their fiscal budget and they show their legal expenses guess what crap will be on there? Yours...so everyone can thank you for having their HOA rates raised. [&:]

Anyways, HOA's can be a pain in the **** but in some situations they are useful.

I like the aluminum ramp idea...but I can't weld!

Tried backing in..no go!

No rocks, already asked!

welding is very easy, just look up "how to weld" in google. now finding the equipment might be the hard part.
