Keeping front plate on don't need a sensless pull over.
+ 1 Go out to dinner, have a beer/wine/whatever, then get pulled over for no plate, get`s very "interesting" very fast.

I hate the look of front plates.....especially b/c WI plates are go freakin ugly to begin with. I took mine off and IMO having my car look good and not obstructing the body lines is worth risking a ticket.

Mine had a dealer plate and holes drilled from the dealer as well.[:@]

Luckily, MN plates aren't too ugly. I'm thinking about getting either a Support our Troops MN plate (pretty much just an American flag with the plate #) or a wildlife protection plate. Those don't look too bad.

I would just get rid of it but pretty much everybody I know has gotten pulled over for no front plate.

I hate the front plate law too! Here in VA they won't pass your inspection without one and you run the risk of being pulled over.
Love the petition idea though, but I doubt if it would pass here. They say the reason they have two plates is to catch people on cameras running red lights or committing other crimes like stealing gas or hit and runs.
So because of all the idiots out there with nothing better to do, we have to suffer for the ugly front plates!

No front plate here.....never will run one either. I don't drink and drive, so if I get pulled over just for the plate, I'll take the ticket.

I have lived and driven in California since July 1976 and I have never put a front license plate on any car I've ever owned. Never gotten a ticket for it either, even when being written up for other infractions, including other fix-it tickets. I don't even know where my front plates are.

Our Jeep has plastic plugs in the front bumper. Galpin never even drilled my Mustang's front bumper.

Guess I've been lucky...

Mine came from the dealer that way. Since I have to have one I figured I'd make the best of it with a personal plate.
