how many chambers do boomtubes have? Thinking about getting single chamber flowmasters, but not very many videos on youtube to help me decide.

BT's have no chamber, it's straight thru muffler deletes much like LM's but have a spiral louvered core like a resonator.

yes it did get more quiet, partly bc i got used to it, but now it doesnt pop/gurgle like it did w/ decceleration as it did before.

i rermember, you got the o/r h pipe w/ resonators, the 1st BT w/ o/r h pipe. sounds good!

 

my friend had boomtubes on his 07 and he said he liked him, it was louder than his flowmasters

 

I put them on my gt, my car is an auto I can tell you for a great price you get a great sounding system. people hear me pull up and when I'm leaving work and when the car is sitting at idle best money Ihave spent on the car so far.

 

ok just wondering. i told the idea to my dad. trying to convince him to take my magnaflows and put them on one of his vehicles. and let me buy the boomtubes. i shown him a few videos of the boomtubes even yours onederful. and he said it sounded good. but sounded louder than flowmasters. my dad has been a loyal custumer of flowmasters for years. so im trying to convince him to let me get the boomtubes.

 

yup, the BT's are louder than the flows.
how many guys in your area have boomtubes vs flows or something else thats mainstream.
around where i live, in parts unknown, there is nobody w/ boomtubes, only me. i like that it sets my exhaust sound apart from the rest. there are those w/ louder exhaust, or deeper sounding, but when they ask what kind of muffler you got and i tell them boomtubes, i need to explain a little and they get down on the pavement to take a look and they are usually pleasantly surprised. and they usually enjoy the name 'Boomtubes'. it is kinda catchy.

 

haha you are soo true. i see mustangs around here with flowmasters all the time. and its to the point where im like here comes one with flowmasters. you are really convincing onederful. you should be a boomtube rep or something lol. i found one place to buy them ninosport.com is there anywhere else?

 

How are they compaired to Borla or FRPP stingers? Any drone?

 

That's funny. I actually think the name "Boomtubes" is the worst part about them. I love em but it's embarassing telling people you have "Boomtubes" on your car. Must be an age thing...
