man its getting down to the wire and its down to flowmaster super 44s or boomtubes. i talked to a guy my dad uses to do his mufflers and he said hes never heard of boomtubes. i told him i want a deep louder sound than the magnaflows on my 07 mustang gt now and he was like the flowmasters are what you probably wanna get. and for the price it sounds like a good deal. said he would put them on for 225. thats labor and mufflers. but the real question is how can i get an opinion from a muffler guy whos heard 44s but not boomtubes. its really hard to tell which is better becuz im not much of a throw it up to 4-5000 rmps everytime and rev it up. i just want t deep nice louder sound. someone with boomtubes tell me how they sound going around 2000-2500 rmps as a normal driver. the idle? help me out. got a week

you will be if you get boomtubes...

in my opinion they are very quiet at idle with a fairly deep "gurgle".

here is a decent youtube video:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bu3USw8YVLY

the sound is a little messed up in parts, but after he starts the car and gives it throttle, the engine slows down to idle speed and for a few seconds you can hear the fairly quiet deep sound i tried to describe with the word "gurgle"...
