So being that its now Summer, its the perfect time to setup a meet. What better place then to have it at the beach? This is going to end up being an awesome meet with lots of cool people to meet and hang out with, and not to mention the cars. This is a pretty good spot for everyone in the socal area, so lets get the list going.

Date: Saturday July 26th, 2008
What: Beach bonfire meet
Where: Huntington Beach (PCH and Beach Blvd)
Who: All of Stangpede and anyone else who wants to come along
Why: Why not? Everyone loves the beach.

I will be getting there probably around 5-6am with a buddy of mine to get a few fire pits since they will all be occupied by the afternoon. I have a couple EZ-Ups so we'll have a little bit of covering.

As for the parking, it is typically $10 for parking to get into the lot. The parking lot WILL GET FULL if you show up too late, so if you want to park with everyone, the earlier the better. They will not let us reserve spots.

I will be bringing some stuff for s'mores along with some wood and lighter fluid. Obviously we'll need as much wood as we can get. I think if everyone brought something that would be awesome. If you plan on bringing something, just put it next to your name on the list so we can get an idea of who will be bringing what.

Obviously, its an easy spot to find. Take the 405 to Beach blvd, exit and head towards the ocean. Beach Blvd ends at PCH, so all you have to do is go straight across PCH and into the parking lot of the beach. When you enter, there are 2 different parking lot entrances, go to the LEFT entrance. Then once you enter look for all the mustangs.

This is a little over a month away, so it gives us all time to make some plans. Its going to be an awesome day. Bring a football, baseball, volleyball, surfboard, whatever you want, just make sure to bring a good attitude and a lot of sunblock if you burn easily. haha. Ill be there super early to make sure we get a couple pits and start to set the small things up. The big thing is if you want to park next to everyone, just remember to make sure to get there a little early. It will be nice if everyone can make it out to this one!

Finally a meet on sat. Couldnt make the other ones cause they were on sunday.Count me in. Ive been going to huntington beach on the weekends anyways.
