Ok, nitrous is getting installed in either July or August. I guess I've been watching too many nitrous explosions on Youtube, which has made me think I should probably mount a fire extinguisher somewhere in the car.

Any ideas as to what type/brand and ideal mounting location?

Some pics would be nice!

If anything does happen, you want that extinguisher where you can reach it if you are in the car.

Just put it under the seat. Please do not mount it on your a pillar.

ive seen a couple on the driver side door.. ive also seen passenger seatbelt addons that holds the extinguisher

ive seen them in the floorboard of the rear passenger seat, it makes sense but seems hard to get to in a emergency. like stated before, dont put it on the pillar.

Some one should make a kit that lets you hide it under your seat cushion(sorry i watch fnf too much) But i seriously think that would be a cool mod.

How about using HEAVY DUTY velcro and putting it on the carpet on an angle on the passengers side?

It has to be correctly mounted or it will come loose in an accident.
I mounted mine on teh rollbar driver's rear brace.
Jegs and Summit carry the H3R brands which are nice.
