Default does anyone know the proper gap for the 4.6l Spark plug

Hello, does anyone know the proper gap for the 3v engine. Thankyou.

according to the haynes manual

.040 to .050


so i think most people set them to .045

Mine were set to .45 out-of-box. Verified and left them at that.

diff for diff plugs... call advnace auto parts and give them your part number, and we can tell you what the gas should be

I would use the .040-.050 no matter what plug I used. I set my new Champions at .044 with great results.
