Default 20inch wheels

I'm debating on whether to get 20in wheels or possibly 19's. I cant get over how much more 19in tires are compared to 20's.
Anyway. I like how the 20's look but how do they ride? I dropped my car an inch and then put 18's on it with 255/45's and the
ride was alot harsher. There seems to be alot of members with 20's and they look great.

Just looking for some input.

Thanks

Not many ppl here are crazy about 20's they say the ride is way worse and a decent loss in acceleration...most ppl stick with 18's for better ride and better performance

i've got 20's, alot stiffer than my stock 17's but you cant have style and lux together i guess. 255.35.20 going to get some 275 or so for rear. i havnt lowerd it and probly wont.

Since this is my first Mustang and I bought it used with 20 inch rims I can't tell you what rides better...I can tell you that I like the ride of 20's so I'm very happy...I'm not lowered and really don't plan to...I'm running a staggered fitment, 20x10 in the rear and 20x8.5 in the front...The rears are 275/35/20 and the fronts are 255/35/20...Hope this helps! And you are correct, 20 inch tires are definately cheaper than 19's...

I got 20's and the ride is pretty much the same. I have not lowered yet either. The performance loss was not that noticeable to me either. They look sooooo good!

I've got 20's but I'm lowered on BMR springs and also tokico d spec adjustable shocks and struts. Even with the D specs set 2 turns from fully hard, the ride wasn't that bad. I live in New York City so I would definitely be able to tell you whether or not it's rough.

I got 20's and I had 18's ... the ride is not bad at all IMO. The 20's look way better too.

I like the Zinik's a lot more, but I don't think many others will agree with me haha
