good job
I am running 20" inch wheels and I have no regrets. IMO, they enhance thelook of the S197. Yeah, 18" runmore smoother due to the extra side wall. With regards to losing HP, If your gonna go with 20" wheels make sure that the wheels are light in design. It's the extra weight that hurts performance.

The 20" ride close to the SAME ....as long as you keep a wall height of 2.75" or more. So go with a 25.5" tire or taller. I have 245 45 20's on the front ( 27.72"high = 3.86" wall height) ......and 305 35 20's (28.58" high = 4 1/4" wall height) on the back. The car is lowered as well......with the Eibach pro kit.
IMO....20" GET A BAD RAP FOR a harsh ride because many people put on "rubber band" very low profile tires with no wall height. This makes them very hard riding, andprone to bent rims if hit the wrong pothole.
I think the 20"s look great on the 05 ++ mustangs.
