This argument will never die. I went with 4.10s personally.

The parasitic loss is greater in an automatic, so why people would not recommend 3.73 for manual and 4.10 for automatic is beyond me.

The jump is not as drastic as you probably imagine. It's different, but it doesn't become this wild beast you can't control. If you are not going FI then 4.10s are perfectly fine. If I didn't plan to supercharge eventually, I would be kicking myself for not jumping to 4.30s.

Gas mileage is fine too. I didn't notice any real difference.
