RE: Curb problem fixed...my newest mod!!!
haha, nice.
That Cervini kit looks amazing, but what a pain in the *** hey?
So do you have to park the car on the street, run into the garage and grab those things every time you come home now, or do you just leave them in your trunk or something?
LOL, I hope that's not a daily driver. That would get time consuming.

Yeah, I was going to ask you.. Is your landlord going to let you keep them out there now or will you still have to run in and get them when you want to use them?

I can see the front is like SUPER low...what clearance do you have on the side skirts though? And do you ever scrape there? I am about to put some lower skirts on mine.

RE: Curb problem fixed...my newest mod!!!
Let's see...where do I start...
I used 2 pieces of 24X24 inch plywood from Lowes, along with some cut down 2X4's that I cut out with a Jigsaw. It took me about 4 hours to complete, and I also used liquid nails to helo solidify everything!
I put handles on them so that I can remove them after I pull in, or out. The landlord and the HOA will not let me keep them in the street, so they stay in my garage until I need them.
I have about 4 inches clearance on the front end, and about 5 inches on the side skirts. I really don't have much of a problem driving around Vegas - except for my frickin' driveway!!! My Stang is not a daily driver, and if I ever do increase the amount of time that I use her, I will definitely install a fully adjustable air ride suspension. It will set me back 4 grand, but it will be worth every penny!!!
I will attach some more pics of the process with this reply, and if you want more pics of the "ride" just PM me! Thanks everyone!!!
