Default MIRROR CONTROL RELO MOD

This got lost when MF had server issues at the beginning of June so I am re-posting. Mirror control goes down to the arm rest. Does not get in the way and allows for better tweeter placement in the sail panels. This is a good mod for anyone that wants to upgrade their audio...two picture attached if they come through.

Thanks for the feedback Goldenpony...I thought this would be a good one for almost any S197.

+1 I always admire quality craftsman. Nice job.

Are the tweeters special? Or are they a typical / common size? Just curious. Also - any issues with the wiring harness for the mirror control - any splicing necessary? Thanks.

Excellent job!! Looks professional. I came really close to doing what you did when I installed my Alpine system but chose not to because I have a tendency to rest my hand in that area when I drive around. Another location that I considered was relocating the mirror control switch just to the right side of the Door Open Handle but also decided against it because I did not want to cut a hole in the panel. The speakers that I installed are Infinity Components; thetweeters were mountedjust above the Mirror Control switch. Again, congrats on a good and neatjob!
