Default Leather Seat Question...

I have the GT with the "Leather" seats. I'm aware that they are not 100% leather. I have some Leather Cleaner/Conditioner and some vinyl stuf of the same.

Can't decide wear the leather begins and ends! Help me out? []

i just use the meguirs (spelling?) leather cleaner/conditioner on the entire seat. I can't imagine it will hurt the vinyl in any way...

incidentally, i saw a yellow GT not too long ago on 17 north just south of los gatos. might have been you, as I have only seen three other GT's (red, yellow, and a silver)

Thanks for the reply. I have Mequier's wipes for both leather and vinyl. I'm a big believer in their products.

Due to some of the ups and downs, mostly down for me lately, in life, I'm using the Screaming Yellow GT for "pleasure" runs. I had the GT out this past Saturday. On Hwy 17 between Los Gatos and Lexington Reservoir. (first time in two weeks) We took a run up Old San Jose and Old Soquel Roads, cruised through Capitola, picked up Hwy 9 in Felton to Summit, hung out for a bit at the grocery store at Hwy 84/Summit. Did Summit to Black to Hwy 17 to Los Gatos to home in Cupertino. 100 miles. Some "GOOD TIMES" on a few of the backroads. Damn GT sounds sooo gooood when reving!

Friday I'm driving with a friend into the Sierra near Jackson. He's buying gas and I'm driving and having fun. I know some "fun" streches up that way.

I use the same stuff on my leather... works GREAT - I use it on my motorcycle too.

It WILL help your vinyl too. Keeps it from cracking.

Now.. I have a question because I don't have my Mustang yet.

I have the Red upgrade.

Are there Map Pockets in the back of the seats?

Thanks TD...

I like having those to store my windshield sun things. I guess I'll have to make some.

Might be a good time for some custom embroidery while you have the seats apart.
