My car has 12k miles on it and is stock. I just drove it around for 50 miles and after I parked my car I could smell something burning in my engine. So i pop the hood and everything looks good but theres a faint burning smell. Anyone have had a similar incident?> Is it worth taking to the dealership to get it fixed or find out the problem? 07 mustang gt.

 

Mine does this every once and while...seems sort of weird. Asked a couple guys at work they drive 05+ and they said the same thing. Some mysteries are better left unsolved!

 

Mine does not do that. I dont think any burning smell is something good. just my thought.
