just a heads up here mandog...
You might want to check out the Kenwood unit to see if it has this inconvenient operating quirk: The OEM all-in-one stereo/navigation systems will not allow destination entry or changes in destination unless the car is stopped and in PARK or neutral for manual trans. This is done because the corporate lawyers don't want liability for wrecks due to inattention on the road. I have an after-market separate Garmin unit and it operates fine with no input restrictions. An after-market in dash unit, such as the Kenwood, using the OEM wiring harness MAY impose that restriction.

Generally speaking...you get a far superior unit in an aftermarket dedicated unit such as a Garmin Nuvi...or one of the competitiors.
My wife's ES330 has an OEM navigation and my portable is lightyears better in all aspects other than screen size. I have mine mounted all the way to the left with no visible wires. I even have the MyColor matching so at night they look identical.
I wound up adding an extra key contolled power outlet hiddn behind the dash. Mine starts and stops with the key automatically and is a joy to use. You also get bluetooth as a bonus.
Not to mention a good portable widesreen unit can be had for $250.
