RE: Went on the dyno today
Running that rich can clog the plugs and O2 sensors after some time. Also, very rich mixes can prematurely wear the cylinder walls due to the excessive gas washing them down increasing interference wear from the rings.

How did they determine the A/F ratio? A tail-pipe sniffer? Are you sure it was accurate?
When I had a CAI/tune I had it checked on a dyno and the place told me it was running way too rich. I called Brenspeed and they were surprised and asked me to bring it into their shop to check it. I took it to Brenspeed and they checked it out while I watched and the A/F ratio was just fine. So the problem wasn't the tune but rather the other shops inaccurate sniffer. I'm not saying this is the same in your case, but just one more thing to consider.

I can't see 300+ RWHP with just a CAI, tune andX pipe either. Not based on all the other numbers reported here.
