i recently drove from san diego to LA and had a trip total of around 271. the message center said i had 109 miles to empty. so if calculate 380 miles/15 gallons i got around 25.3 MPG. that was going 80 MPH almost the entire way with the AC on the entire time. i did hit some traffic coming back though, i think that may have lowered it.

I just did 1700 round trip and averaged 28.3 MPG with my car.. Cruised ~80 MPH with the top down both ways..
