Raw black, unpaintedon the inside

Use any dull black spray paint used for auto plastic.

So, I just got off the phone. I guess they are making the louvers out of a different material now. The black was a recycled
material, the new white stuff is raw "virgin" material. Supposed to be stronger, easier to work with, better quality, etc..

His suggestion was to paint the inside flat black, and he offered me some additional compensation for having to do it, which
I accepted. Stand up guy/company.

So, I'll give it the old college try, just trying to close up those louver holes as much as possible... Hopefully I don't ruin
them...

I just got my Roush Quarter window louvers from Modular depot. I havent compared them to the car since its still in the shop dealing with the gears [:@] It did was a kind of dull black on the inside with a little bit of white overspray. I wasn't very happy about this either! I will probably do what mds08. I do feel that we shouldn't have to modify new parts! But oh well, hope I dont screw them up!

Sorry you aren't happy with them.. I love mine.. Riptide also has them and he is happy with them too.. and he is very meticilous about the paint job on his car.. perfect match.. did he address your issue with the color or did you decide it was just the angle?
