My friend just got his 3D Carbon window louvers in the mail for his 05 GT and they had no vents in them which was kinda upsetting; it was like one big piece of plastic with things tha tlooked like uncut vents. Does anyone know if they make ones with vents????

 

Are you taking about the side or back window louvers?

Yeah, their website says they come with some sort of black stickers or something to create the "hole" effect. Now that someone has them, I'm assuming the vents are recessed, but wonder by how much? Do they look stupid or will they pass a casual inspection? Is it possible to cut out the vents to make real holes?

I have 6 sets of the Astra/Hammond Louvers and scoops to be installed for some local dealers. They are both solid (meaning not any cutout openings). If you think about it, with the way they are taped on, if they were open, there would be no way to clean if you got dirt behind them. The rear window louvers actually lift up to clean the window.
