Alarm security system will not work properly. Keeps beeping cause it says the door is ajar because window will not close all the way.

The passenger window will not go up that extra inch. After the door was closed it would automatically go up that extra inch, now it stays open. Also dome light stays on.

Took door panel off and everything seems to be connected.

With the rains I have had to put a plastic on the 1 inch crack at the top of the window..
Would someone please help?

Try resetting the windows. Lower them all the way and hold button down for 3 seconds. Raise them and hold button up for 3 seconds. Tells you how to do this in your owners manual. Hope this fixes your issue.

You door ajar switch could be bad making the SJB think the door is always ajar.
