Default Limp-Home Mode

Anyone's car do this yet? The wrench looking symbol comes on and the car goes into Limp-Home mode meaning ****ty *** performance but it's drivable? My car did it after they detailed the engine with a high pressure water cleaning, then it threw a code for the TPS. I was guessing it was b/c the sensor got wet somehow. It hadn't done it in over a week, then boom, car goes into it and I have to stop in the middle of the street, turn the car off, then it resets. Anyone?

Mine did it when I had a cracked throttle body. It isn't something to mess around with, go to the dealer and get it fixed or at least diagnosed.

Oh, and don't high pressure wash your engine.
