Has anyone had any trouble ordering from this website? I ordered a black billet overlay grille for my 08 GT. I wanted to keep the fogs and the pony and I couldn't find any full replacement grilles like this. I placed my order on July 1, 2008. Towards the end of week 1 I hadn't heard from them about shipping so I emailed to find what was going on. They said my grilles were at powder coat and should be out sometime week 2. At the end of week 2 I hadn't heard from them so I emailed them again. This time the response was in 4 to 5 days they were still at powder coat. Still no word from them so I called today which is the start of week 4. Their response was the upper grille was on backorder and it would be atleast 10 days before they recieve it but they had the lower grille. Now I'm looking at not recieving my grille until 5 or 6 weeks after placing the order. Do you think its possible to recieve a refund?

 

I had trouble with them also when I ordered my Roush rear springs and shocks. The springs arrived on time, but the shocks were late. I had to contact them about it and found out that they only get Roush stuff about once a month and were expecting my shocks to be on the next pallet. You'd think they would tell their customers when something has been delayed. [:'(]

 

I ordered a hood, Roush front fascia, and a Roush rear wing. Same thing! The front bumper came in today, two weeks. They haven't even shipped the rest.

 

Igot my roush springs the day afterI ordered them, but i live near phoenix

 

I ordered a predator tuner and they sent me one that did not work properly. The thing died and would not turn on.[:@]

 

I obviously should of did more research before I placed my order.

 

i always had goodluck with them. i recieved my JBA livewires and intake two days after my order.

 

I have ordered things from them atleast 4 times with no issues.
