Full Decal Kits/Clone Cars?

Full Decal Kits/Clone Cars?
I don't know that I would do it, in fact chances are I probably wouldn't.
But...I love the looks of the Boss S197's. I got looking around Ebay and also found this Mach 1 set. Since the Bosses are only appearance packages, and (As far as I know) they haven't even produced a S197 Mach, would something like this have a "Poser" stigma attached? I don't want to get lynched like some of the New Edge guys have after putting Cobra emblems on a GT

I see tons of Mustangs with Boss lettering....never thought of any of them as posers...although I guess in a way it could be considered that...but then again....it's your car....so who cares what they think

I am correct in thinking that the Boss S197's were purely appearance packages right? As a matter of fact, were they even produced like that by Ford or was that something the dealerships were doing?

Yep... These guys are alot better than the new edge guys, It's apples and oranges..

I'm gonna have to get some photoshopping done before I decide I think, but it is a possibility.
If I did the Boss or the Mach decals, either one, I would go with black wheels with a chrome lip. Throw on a GT500 chin spoiler and grill, buy a second stock rear spoiler and paint it flat black, throw on some rear quarter louvers and call it done.
