Hey guys, I went to the bodyshop to check on the finish work on my street scene body kit and hood. When I came there I couldn't believe my eyes. The work was horrific. Paint did not match, side skirt and rear lip attached wrong with holes drilled everywhere. The paint quality was aweful, running clear coat and it did not feel smooth. The stupid guy put brown Caulk between the car's body and side skirts. WTF.

We arque for over a hour. He finally agree to repaint it, but I don't trust his work. He might try to blend the fender and screw up the car. I'm so **** right now, I don't know what to do. What can I do if he still screws up after I paint it? Do you guys know a better bodyshop in cali that can do it right?

Sorry for all this venting but im just so pissed.

If anyone have has pictures of the doors open with the street scene side skirts please post them. I want to see the difference between mines and whats it suppost to look like.

Yeah I know a ton of shops in cali that can help you.......but depends what part of cali you are in!!!

I would tell them if they did not fix EVERYTHING you will be contacting an attorney IMMEDIATLY.

if the mess up again demand they pay to get it redone at another shop. if they refuse then just say this: "ill see you in court". chances are theyll fix it right or have someone else do it. if not simply leave, do not threaten them and do not curse. be polite. then get a lawyer. sadly i wana see pics.

Sorry to hear about this. I had a simular experience many years ago. It ended up costing me in the end to have it done elsewhere. I hope you get it worked out to your satisfaction.
