Recently I had a stroke of bad luck and hit an armadillo while driving home. The little bastard knocked out my lower grill, cracked up the bumper and knocked off the airdam underneath the engine.

Now, I need to get new grill, but don't know if I can even get only the lower piece. Maybe get a new grill style?

What would you suggest?

 

An armadillo?? That's something you don't hear everyday! Sorry to hear man!

 

how do you think he felt?I almost hit aroadrunner once. Ebay has a ton of stock lower grills dirt cheap. good luck.

 

I could see those really messing a front end up. Hitting one of them is almost like running over a small boulder.
You say it cracked up the bumper too? So why is it you only need a new lower grill? Are you just going to repair or live w/ the bumper as is? If you are going to replace it at some point I would just look into getting a CS or Roush one and solving both problems at once.

...busted mine all to hell too...I hit a Racoon...only had my carfor a week...found this on internet...replacement for like 50 bucks...theyhave fast shipping too...I know it says 07 but I have an 08 and it fits fine....

I went with a billet lower grille trying to replace it...but the lower billet grille was made to set into the black plastic factory grille...sooo...I ended up getting this one anyways...hope the link works
