Default Tuners?

I don't really get how you choose the correctly programed tuners.. I know you tell whoever you order from what mods you have and what mods you plan on installing but how can you change one of the 2 or 3 tunes you have? I plan on running an 86 octane and avoiding 94. I want to start with a CAI and tune but than I'd like to eventually go duals.. Could you reflash somehow telling your tuner that you now have dual exhaust?

If I understand you correctly, your asking how you get a new tune loaded for new mods after you have other previous tunes.

The vendor you order the new tunes(s) from will e-mail them to you. There is software available that allows you to upload them to your handheld and then the rest is as before: plug-n-play.

I hope that answers your question, assuming I understood it right.
