LT's worth it?

Do you think I will notice 3-5HP gains with LT's (and/OR a custom tune)I am figuring out cost/HP andfeel.
I am considering a 93 Tune over the custom 87 I have. I am not sure. I do remember after I switched to a K&N drop in filter before the CAI the car felt more responsive.
