Default Bf Goodrich tires

I need new tires and was looking at the BF Goodrich G-Force T/A KDW2. I have the Nitto NT555 and was very happy with them but I know alot of you have the BF's. Which would you recommend? I live in AZ and never see water except for the occasional sprinkler.

On my 06 GT, I switched out the factory 17" wheels/tires for 18" polished alum wheels and BF Goodrich KDWIIdragforce radials. I loved the traction. The BFGoodrich make a little moreroad noise (roar)thanthe Pirelli's. I also like the look of the BF Goodrich tires.

I like them both. The Nittos are much quieter, but the KDW2's are stickier on the street. Both suck at the track, obviously.

i have the kdw 2's and i love them.....imo, they are the best "street" tire....as far as noise, my exhaust covers that and the ride quality actually improved from the stock bf's......however, it took me a couple of months to find a dealer that had them in stock for a good/fair price....i ended up paying 167 per tire,no tax......bought locally

i had two sets.when the first set wore out at 28000,i bought a second.the wife said to file them as they are just to rough in the heat.they are very hard in the heat.i live on the west side of the valley.winter here, there not that bad,but in the heat they are nasty.i bought the falken 455s and thay is not any better.i'm looking at the bfg ss a/s.they have good reviews from people all over the country and are about the same pric as the kdws.i looked at the ss at discount and they seem to have a better tread pattern that should ride smother.problem is any tire thats rated for speed is going to be noisy&ride rough.it's a matter of what your looking for.

JMO, ...but....they look as if they belong on a 4x4 truck. Nothing about that tread pattern says "muscle car" to me. Looks like mud slingin' tires.
